Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Vasool Raja, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Vasool Raja provides software tools intended to help businesses manage collection operations, including borrower records, loan-related workflows, payment recording, line-based operations, user access, and operational reporting.
The service may change over time. Specific features depend on the subscribed plan and the current product implementation.
Accounts and access responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential, controlling access to your workspace, and ensuring that the information provided for your account is accurate. You are also responsible for activity that occurs through your account or users invited under your subscription, except to the extent caused by our breach.
You must use the service only for lawful business purposes and only with permission to process the operational data you upload or manage through the service.
Subscription and billing
Paid access to Vasool Raja is offered on subscription plans. Pricing, billing intervals, user allowances, and plan limits are described on the Pricing page.
Billing may be handled by a merchant of record or payment provider on our behalf. If so, your purchase may be subject to that provider's checkout terms, tax handling, and payment processing requirements.
You authorize applicable subscription charges, taxes, and other disclosed fees for the selected plan.
Plan changes
You may request to upgrade, downgrade, or otherwise change plans subject to available offerings and operational constraints. Any pricing or billing impact of a plan change will be communicated through the applicable billing flow or customer communication at the time of the change.
Refunds and cancellation
You may cancel your subscription so it does not renew for a future billing period. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not automatically end the current paid billing period.
If you request a refund within 14 days of the date of your initial transaction, or within 14 days of your most recent subscription renewal, you may be eligible for a refund in line with the refund policy applied by our merchant of record or payment provider.
For billing issues, duplicate charges, or refund requests, contact fintrackhelp@outlook.com. Where billing is handled by a merchant of record or payment provider, refund handling may also be processed through that provider.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
- Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, or payment information.
- Use the service to store or process data you do not have the right to use.
Data and privacy
Our handling of personal and operational data is described in the Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for ensuring that your collection, upload, and use of borrower or customer data through the service is lawful.
Intellectual property
During an active subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
Service availability and no guarantee
We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every operational need. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, or connectivity issues may affect service availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vasool Raja will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to the use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, fail to pay applicable charges, or use the service in a way that creates legal, operational, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time, and may cancel renewal as described above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
