In Vasool Raja, a line holds its own borrowers, loans and operations. You choose the line type (daily, weekly, monthly or monthly-interest), set its business days, holidays and service areas, and assign the agents who work it.

One closing tally per day, explained

The hardest part of line finance is not lending; it is making sure the cash adds up. The closing tally compares expected cash plus bank/UPI with the confirmed total, lets you count notes and enter the bank balance, and records explained adjustments. Running carry-forward mode keeps yesterday’s balance from disappearing into today’s.

Expenses, investments and profit

Petrol, agent pay and partner capital all affect whether a line is profitable. You can record expenses and investments, send them for approval if you choose, and review profitability with interest, discounts, penalties and tally differences in the same report.

Growing from one line to many

If you have one or two lines, the Lite plan charges per line, at ₹100 per line per month with up to 300 loans per line. As you add lines and staff, company plans cover more: Basic up to 6 lines, Pro up to 22 lines and Premium with unlimited lines and users.

What the software does and does not do

Vasool Raja organises your records and your team’s daily work. It does not provide loans or financial services, hold money or approve borrowers on your behalf. Those decisions, and following the rules that apply to your business, remain yours.

Holidays and calendars per line

Each line can keep its own business days and holidays. Line holidays can be a single date or a date range, and they go through an approve, reject and recalculate flow, so one line’s festival break does not shift another line’s schedule.
