Trust, with a record behind it
Most owners trust their agents. The difficulty is that trust alone does not explain a short day or a borrower who says they paid. When every collection is recorded against a loan at the time it happens, both the owner and the agent have something to point to.
Assign lines and set permissions
Agents are assigned to specific lines, so each person works the borrowers they are responsible for. Admin and manager roles, and permission-gated actions by feature, let you decide who can create loans, correct payments or close loans.

A simple working screen in the field
Agents open today’s collections and see unpaid, missed and paid accounts. They record cash or UPI, search for a borrower quickly and switch between card and list views. The app runs on Android, and the interface is available in English, Hindi and Tamil.
When there is no signal, entries can still be captured offline and synced later, so agents do not need to write on paper and type it in again at night.
Approvals that keep the day honest
Owners can require approval for day close, loan closure, loan creation, expenses and next-day starts. A combined closing tally of cash and bank/UPI must match the expected total, or the difference must be explained before the day is approved.
Ethical collection
Payment reminders and WhatsApp follow-up help agents stay in touch without repeated visits. Vasool Raja is record-management software and does not provide loans or financial services; it is not a recovery agency. Train agents to collect respectfully and never use threats or public shaming.
Handing over cash at the end of the route
The handover is where most disputes start. Because each payment is already recorded against a loan and an agent, the expected amount for the day is known before the agent arrives. The owner counts notes, checks the bank or UPI balance and records any explained adjustment. If the numbers do not agree, the difference is visible on the day, not discovered weeks later.

Can an agent see loans on lines they are not assigned to?
Agents are assigned to lines, and role permissions control what each user can access and do in the app.
Can agents correct a payment themselves?
Payment correction is a permission you control. Corrections leave a trail so you can review what changed.
How many agents can I add?
Basic includes 2 users in total, Pro includes 6 users, and Premium has unlimited users. See the pricing page for details.
Does the agent app work without internet?
Yes. Collections can be captured offline and are synced when the connection returns.
